Delhi pollution news: Delhi-NCR's air quality has declined into the poor category, prompting the Commission for Air Quality Management to act. Stage one measures of the Graded Response Action Plan have been invoked to mitigate the situation. These measures include strict dust control at construction sites and a ban on burning waste. Traffic curbs, along with restrictions on old vehicles, will also be enforced.
