ICICI Life bets on women advisors, plans 20,000 hires by FY27

ICICI Life Insurance plans to recruit 20,000 women advisors across India by the end of FY2027 under its Narishakti initiative. Women currently account for around 32% of its advisor base but contribute 45% of agency business. More than 78,000 women advisors were associated with the insurer as of September 30, 2026.
