Trump says 'we are looking into' other Dan Sullivan on Alaska ballot, warns about governor's race

President Donald Trump says federal authorities are "looking into" Dan Sullivan, an independent challenger who goes by the same name as the Republican incumbent, Sen. Dan Sullivan, R-Alaska, in the Alaska Senate race.

Trump made the statement in an interview with Fox News after a campaign rally in Alaska on Tuesday night. He suggested the second Sullivan's presence in the race was a "hoax" by Democrats to siphon voters away from the Republican candidate.

"We are looking, I can't say federal, but we are looking into it.
