Vietnam says trade negotiations with United States almost completed

Vietnam and the United States are close to finalising a trade agreement, as stated by Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc. The final text of the deal has been sent to the United States. Vietnamese officials hope for favorable market conditions for their goods accessing the US market. There is also an expectation for a balanced assessment in Section 301 investigations over Vietnam.
