Vantrock Real Assets plans Rs 3,100 cr investment in warehousing, logistics parks

Vantrock Real Assets plans to invest Rs 3,100 crore to develop 11.5 million sq ft of warehousing and industrial assets across key Indian markets, targeting Rs 4,200 crore in gross development value. Initial projects spanning Pune, Bengaluru and NCR will begin construction in 2027, with rental income expected from 2028, amid India's growing Grade-A warehousing supply shortage.
