Noel Tata, SDTT get until Oct 19 to respond to Venu Srinivasan, Vijay Singh complaint

Maharashtra Charity Commissioner has mandated that Sir Dorabji Tata Trust respond to governance allegations by October 19. Trust members Venu Srinivasan and Vijay Singh have raised concerns over governance lapses. They questioned the trust's recent involvement in Tata Sons' commercial decisions and Noel Tata's role as trustee. Seven Tata Trusts have filed caveats in response to the growing governance dispute.
