49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk successfully appeals NFL beer fine by invoking his 'Juice' nickname

Sometimes cooler heads at the NFL prevail because they recognize obvious missteps and correct them – such as the fining last week of San Francisco 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk.

The league has informed Juszcyek that the $14,926 fine it imposed on Sept. 24 for doing a celebration that it originally believed imitated drinking a beer wasn't about drinking a beer after all.
