SC to examine plea for recall of split verdict on law governing appointment of CEC, ECs

The Supreme Court is set to examine a plea regarding the recall of a recent split verdict. This split verdict pertains to the validity of a 2023 law governing the appointment of the Chief Election Commissioner and Election Commissioners. Senior advocate Gopal Sankaranarayanan mentioned the recall application in front of the Chief Justice of India.
