CEC 'betrayed' Constitution at behest of PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah: Congress after SC notice to EC, Centre

Congress on Monday accused Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar of violating the Constitution and acting at the behest of PM Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, after the Supreme Court sought responses from the Election Commission and Centre on a plea challenging its decision-making process.
