Kharge lists ‘non-negotiable’ demands: CEC Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation, SIR annulment, ballot paper polls
Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has announced three non-negotiable demands regarding elections and the Chief Election Commissioner.
