Jeewan Kundu murder case: Woman alleges illegal detention, court seeks CCTV footage

Promila, wife of an accused in the Jeewan Kundu murder case, claims she was illegally detained. She and her mother-in-law were allegedly taken from their home on August 4. They were produced in court on the evening of August 6 after their detention. The court has ordered the police to submit all relevant CCTV footage by October 10.
