KPI Green Energy to acquire 507.9 MW operational wind assets in Gujarat for Rs 2,410 crore

KPI Green Energy has signed a binding offer to acquire Alfanar Energy Pvt Ltd and Netra Wind Pvt Ltd. The combined assets have an operational capacity of 507.9 MW located in Gujarat's Kutch wind corridor. This acquisition marks KPI Green's first large-scale wind acquisition, set to expand its installed capacity significantly. The deal will close by February 28, 2027, subject to necessary approvals.
