India’s rice industry is looking beyond raw grain exports to higher-value products such as noodles, bran oil, protein, specialised ingredients and rice-husk-based materials. An IREF-EY assessment at the Bharat International Rice Conference 2026 will identify which products offer the strongest combination of demand, margins, investment potential and export opportunity.
