Airbus stages maiden flight of new A350F freighter

Airbus has initiated the maiden flight of its A350F freighter, aiming at breaking Boeing's market dominance. The A350F is set for a series of certification trials before entering service in 2027. Demand for air freight is rising due to various global factors, including rising e-commerce. Airbus has secured orders for 115 A350Fs, compared to Boeing's 81 777-8Fs.
