Mumbai EOW probes Suraksha Realty promoter’s fraud allegations over Jaiprakash Infratech Deal

Mumbai Police’s Economic Offences Wing is probing allegations by Suraksha Realty director Vijaykumar Mohanlal Parekh against fellow promoter Sudhir Walia over alleged cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy in the acquisition of Jaiprakash Infratech. Parekh alleged his group’s consent was bypassed and his brother’s digital signature was used without authorisation.
