"Coward and fearful": Saurabh Bhardwaj slams Delhi Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh for allegedly slapping youth

Aam Admi Party (AAP) Delhi Unit chief Saurabh Bharadwaj on Sunday called Delhi PWD Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh a "coward" over a purported video in which he is seen slapping a youth. Bharadwaj slammed the minister for losing his temper and challenged him to a wrestling match. The victim, identified as Saheb, alleged that the minister slapped him after being questioned about the quality of the roadwork.
