Sylvester Stallone's 23-acre Hidden Valley ranch in California, once built into a lavish equestrian estate with 29 horse stalls, a 7,500 sq ft log cabin and a lighted polo field, was listed for $7.95 million but eventually sold for $4 million, about half its original asking price. The sale, first reported by the Los Angeles Times in 1992, came as Stallone shifted his interests away from polo and expanded his land holdings in Telluride, Colorado.
