SC clears forensic audit of Fortis-IHH deal involving erstwhile Religare promoters Singh brothers

The Supreme Court has cleared the way for a Delhi High Court-appointed forensic auditor to examine transactions involving Fortis Healthcare, Malaysia’s IHH Healthcare and entities linked to former promoters Malvinder and Shivinder Singh. The audit will trace assets linked to the brothers and examine the dilution of their Fortis shareholding.
