Mumbai Port handles 3 heavy over dimensional cargo packages

Mumbai Port Authority successfully managed three heavy over-dimensional cargo packages through a specialised Roll-Off operation. These packages weighed a total of 1,452 MT and were transported from Dahej to Mumbai Port. Due to their dimensions, conventional discharge methods were not suitable for handling the cargo. The Barge Roll-Off method was used, allowing safe discharge while maintaining alignment between the barge and the quay.
