While family was disputing about their properties, neighbours grabbed some lands and encroached it; Karnataka HC upholds partition of properties based on Taluka Surveyor’s report and allows property owners to make separate claims for over land encroached by neighbours. This judgement was given by Justice Hanchate Sanjeev Kumar of Karnataka High Court.
