Biden administration granted woman green card months before she illegally voted in 2024 election: DHS

A Biden-era noncitizen from the Philippines living in Pennsylvania pleaded guilty to illegally voting in the 2024 election after registering just weeks before Election Day, federal prosecutors said.

Evelyn Miller, 37, of Emmaus, pleaded guilty Sept. 16, to illegally voting in the election.

Miller is a lawful permanent resident but not a U.S. citizen, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said.

Only U.S. citizens can vote in federal elections.
