Sitharaman urges India Inc to resolve differences before taking disputes to court

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman urged Indian corporates to strengthen internal governance, engage constructively with regulators and resolve disagreements before resorting to litigation. She also called for higher private-sector R&D spending, stronger management capabilities, resilient institutions and more inclusive business models to support India’s growth towards Viksit Bharat by 2047.
