The Greenville County Coroner’s Office announced its findings on Tuesday, more than a month after Panettiere was discovered unresponsive at a home in Greenville, South Carolina. The 36-year-old actor was widely recognized for roles including Claire Bennet in “Heroes,” Juliette Barnes in “Nashville” and Kirby Reed in the “Scream” films.
