Puravankara enters NCR with Rs 340 crore Greater Noida land buy, eyes Rs 5,200 crore GDV

Bengaluru-based Puravankara has entered the Delhi-NCR real estate market with the acquisition of a 13.44-acre Greater Noida land parcel for Rs 340 crore. The site has 4.57 million sq ft of saleable potential and an estimated Rs 5,200 crore GDV, making it the developer’s largest land transaction in FY27 so far.
