Pine Labs shares rise after Rs 934 crore block deal; Mastercard likely sells stake

Mastercard Asia Pacific is approximately selling its entire Pine Labs stake. This block deal involves 49.7 million shares valued up to Rs 892.5 crore. The transaction floor price is set at Rs 179.50 per share. Citigroup Global Markets India is managing the placement as the sole agent. The deal is expected to settle on September 23.
