DMK reaches out to regional parties for non-BJP, non-Congress platform; Owaisi, Azad, Maurya plan front for UP polls

DMK is reaching out to regional parties nationally to form a common platform. Kanimozhi has spoken with leaders from TMC, Shiv Sena, and NCP(SP). In Uttar Pradesh, AIMIM and Azad Samaj Party are discussing a joint front. Swami Prasad Maurya and Pallavi Patel are also being considered for this alliance. An announcement regarding the Uttar Pradesh coalition is expected soon.
