ICAI working with Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams for REITs to monetise land assets

ICAI is helping Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams modernise how it manages its vast assets, from land and gold to accounting systems. The institute is working on an updated accounting manual and exploring REITs to monetise TTD’s land holdings. The framework could eventually serve as a model for other major temple trusts.
