CCI nod for Lakshmi Mittal-Poonawalla Rajasthan Royals stake buys

The competition regulator in India has sanctioned the acquisition of three cricket franchises, with Westview Cricket and Poonawalla Sports set to buy the Rajasthan Royals along with two overseas teams. Moreover, the approval extends to deals made by Great White Global and ITVIS Innovations. OMERS Infrastructure Asia also received the nod for purchasing a larger share in Azure Power Global.
