Assam CM Himanta Sarma disburses Rs 278 crore to 82,219 youth under Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom Abhiyan

Assam's Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma provided financial aid to over 82,000 young individuals. This initiative aims to foster self-reliance and economic empowerment across the state. Beneficiaries received funds under the Mukhyamantri Atmanirbhar Asom Abhiyan programs. The government encourages youth to contribute to Assam's self-sufficiency goals. A new Youth Welfare and Empowerment Department has also been established.
