Belagavi horror: Ex-soldier, daughter hacked to death by relatives inside gram panchayat office

A former soldier and his daughter were hacked to death by relatives in Belagavi. The brutal attack occurred inside a gram panchayat office following a property dispute. The father and daughter were identified as Rudrappa Kundaragi and Shashikala Kundaragi. The dispute reportedly stemmed from the division of ancestral land among family members.
