Swiggy Instamart witnesses Ganesh Chaturthi rush: 176% more eco-Ganpatis, 145% more mawa modaks compared to last year

Instamart reported a rise in demand for eco-friendly Ganpati idols and mawa modaks during Ganesh Chaturthi on September 14. According to the company's data, eco-friendly clay idol orders increased 176% year-on-year, while mawa modaks rose 145%. Flowers peaked at 868 orders a minute at 7:42 am, while Bengaluru recorded the highest festive order volume.
