As the execution date nears for a Georgia man convicted of killing two real estate agents, the mother of one victim is remembering the women who were murdered while simply doing their jobs, and the risks that real estate professionals still face.
Barring a last-minute judicial stay or executive clemency, Stacey Ian Humphreys, 53, is scheduled for execution on Sept. 16 at the Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison in Jackson.
