Mackenzie Phillips revealed that her past extroverted life is nothing like her current status.

Phillips, 66, admitted in an upcoming episode of Valerie Bertinelli's "Getting Naked" podcast that her social battery quickly becomes depleted after a busy day.

"I would get home, and I would have no words left, you know, and so in order to get up and do it again the next day, I had to be alone to recharge," she said, per People. "Which is, by the way, why — am I going to say this out loud?
