Mother, newborn die after delivery at UP hospital 'sealed' a year ago, run via backdoor

A woman and her newborn died after receiving treatment at a private hospital. This facility had been previously sealed by the administration and health department. Despite a main entrance lock, operations continued through an alternate passage. The hospital was sealed again after the incident came to light.
