Al-Falah doctors tested IEDs, guns in Aravalis before Red Fort blast

Three Al-Falah University doctors allegedly tested explosives and firearms in forest areas. They refined methods using fertilizer mixtures and TATP for destructive potential. The group also procured weapons and chemicals for their preparations. Rented premises were used to store materials away from public view. A large cache of explosives was seized before the Red Fort blast.
