Japan court dismisses IHH subsidiary Northern TK Venture's damage claims against Daiichi Sankyo

NTK, a subsidiary of IHH Healthcare Berhad had earlier filed a claim at the Tokyo District Court seeking damages from Daiichi Sankyo, alleging that the Japanese firm had obstructed NTK's efforts to complete its open offers to acquire shares in Fortis Healthcare Limited and its step-down subsidiary, Fortis Malar Hospitals Limited.
