West Bengal assembly bypolls: BJP forms 263-member state executive committee

The West Bengal BJP has formed a 263-member state executive committee. This committee will assign organizational responsibilities to senior leaders for upcoming by-elections. Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari will oversee the Tamluk organizational district, including Nandigram. Union ministers and state ministers have also received specific organizational charges. The committee formation follows a year-long delay after the state president took charge.
