No permission granted for structure near Mumbai Airport T2, MMRDA directs MIAL to take action: BJP

The MMRDA has confirmed no permission was granted for a structure near Mumbai Airport's Terminal 2. This authority has now directed Mumbai International Airport Ltd to remove the mosque. BJP leader Kirit Somaiya had previously raised concerns about this alleged unauthorized construction. He requested that FIRs be registered against the individuals responsible for this development. Action is expected to be taken by the airport operator following due procedure.
