‘Merchandise exports grew over 15%’: Piyush Goyal sees strong export growth despite global turmoil

India’s merchandise exports are estimated to have grown by over 15% during April-August this fiscal despite global uncertainties, Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal said. He highlighted the scope to expand goods and services trade with BRICS nations. Official August trade data will be released by the Commerce Ministry on September 15.
