BRICS Summit 2026: PM Modi to host leaders as India pushes startups, supply chains, green energy agenda

The 18th BRICS Summit under India’s presidency will open on September 12 with discussions on inclusive global governance and multilateralism. India is expected to push practical outcomes in startups, innovation, resilient supply chains and green energy, while seeking greater use of national currencies and reforms of global institutions, officials said.
