Sun Pharma incorporates global treasury arm at IFSC, GIFT City

On September 8, 2026, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd announced the establishment of its new subsidiary, Sun Pharma Global Treasury Centre IFSC Ltd. Located in Gujarat's GIFT City, Gandhinagar, this wholly-owned indirect unit has seen an investment of around Rs 9.50 crore in its equity share capital. The company is currently awaiting necessary approvals from the International Financial Services Centres Authority to commence its operations.
