Cabinet clears Rs 10,783 crore railway multi-tracking projects across five states

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs approved three railway projects. These projects will add 656 kilometers to the Indian Railways network. They aim to enhance line capacity and ease congestion across five states. The approved projects will improve connectivity to many villages and tourist destinations. This initiative is planned under the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan.
