Accenture, House of Hiranandani ink three lakh sq ft Thane office deal

Accenture has leased nearly three lakh square feet of office space in Thane's Centaurus tower. This significant deal involves a long-term lease agreement with monthly rental payments exceeding Rs 1.9 crore. The company will occupy three floors in the Grade-A commercial building, enhancing its Mumbai Metropolitan Region presence. This marks Accenture's third major office leasing deal in India recently.
