Victims identified in fatal Amazon cargo jet crash at Miami airport
Authorities in Miami identified the five people killed when an Amazon cargo plane overran a runway while landing at Miami International Airport on Sunday, crashing into vehicles and catching on fire.
Miami-Dade Sheriff Rosie Cordero-Stutz released the names of the victims in a news conference on Tuesday.
They were identified as: Rolando Aleman Leon, 55; Yoel Rodriguez Naranjo, 53; Julio C. Pineda, 75; Carlos Acosta Fajardo, 53; and 47-year-old Javierkys Reyes Quevedo.
