SC rejects proposal of Parsvnath Developers for homebuyers, asked it to file another

The Supreme Court rejected Parsvnath Developers’ proposal on handing over flats or repaying homebuyers, calling it another device to delay proceedings. The bench warned it may appoint a High-Powered Committee unless a proposal addressing allottees’ claims is submitted, while refusing an IRP plea to operate a frozen bank account.
