India's bullet train to begin testing by May-June next year, commercial operations by end 2027: Ashwini Vaishnaw

India's bullet train testing is scheduled for May or June next year. The train will be inaugurated by the Prime Minister after testing. This project aligns with the Atmanirbhar Bharat vision for self-reliance. Work on the Surat-Vapi section will finish by December this year. Indian Railways is modernizing systems and infrastructure for future generations.
