Delhi Assembly gets bomb threat email, turns out hoax

Security agencies were alerted Tuesday morning after a bomb threat email reached the Delhi Assembly. Authorities confirmed the email, received at 8:39 am, was a hoax after thorough sweeps. Assembly Speaker Bijender Gupta reportedly received the threat directly from the anonymous sender. Extensive searches of the complex by security personnel found nothing suspicious.
