Last year, President Trump ordered construction of a White House ballroom and a secure underground military facility. A DC busybody sued to stop it, and on Aug. 31, the Supreme Court killed this laughable lawsuit by a single vote. Mid-construction, long after the East Wing’s demolition, Chief Justice John Roberts joined the three Democrat women to try to shut down the president of the United States’ security improvement, expressly permitted by federal statute and Article II of the Constitution, to the White House complex.
