Adani Defence signs ammunition supply pact for India-made AK-203 assault rifles

Adani Defence & Aerospace has signed a five-year agreement with Indo-Russian Rifles Pvt Ltd to supply India-made 7.62x39 mm ammunition for AK-203 assault rifles manufactured in Uttar Pradesh. The pact links domestic rifle and ammunition production, strengthening the local supply chain for the India-Russia programme while supporting the government’s push for greater self-reliance in defence manufacturing.
