Ladakh Apex Body warns of bigger agitation ahead of talks with MHA on September 9

The Leh Apex Body (LAB) has warned of intensified agitation if the September 9 meeting with the Ministry of Home Affairs fails to bring concrete progress on Ladakh’s key demands, including legislative safeguards, withdrawal of cases linked to last year’s violence and compensation for victims. The proposed Kargil-Leh padyatra has been postponed for now in view of the talks.
